On December 12, BRSSCAL representatives were invited to attend the 15th Annual Conference of African Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM). Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by both parties, further discussion on exploratory cooperation in China-Africa Science and Technology Backyard Program was arranged.
